You know they’re your best friend when…

You tag along on their dates, but don’t feel like a third wheel
You call them while they are having sex with their girlfriend and they carry on a conversation with you
You write down memorable jokes on sticky notes and post them on your wall
You are stuck in Downtown L.A. and you call them before you call either of your parents (Not because you don’t want to get in trouble, but because you know they will be there faster)
When you call and ask them to take you to McDonald’s and they pick it up before they get to your house, but eat it in the car
You can’t reach them, so you call their mom, sister, dad and then house phone until you can reach them
